CD Supplies Delivery Charges in Mainland UK including VAT are as follows;

The cost for deliveries outside Mainland UK will be quoted upon receipt of order.
In most cases the standard service on orders received prior to 4:00pm for delivery to addresses in Mainland UK is that the goods will be delivered within two working days (i.e. If you place your order before 4:00pm on Monday your goods should be delivered on Wednesday).

In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product. We will not supply you with an alternative product unless we receive instruction from you that you wish us to do so. If you opt not to purchase an alternative product, we will refund the full value of the product and any applicable carriage charges.
Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a carriage charge or an optional additional charge for a next day delivery.
Returns & Refunds : Items not required
CD Supplies aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 30 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
All you need to do is to contact us on 01795 665872 and we will issue you with a Returns Form and Returns Code, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Goods Return Form . Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
If you cancel your order for a product delivered direct from our supplier, please contact us and we will arrange for our supplier to collect from you. Some collections may incur a charge; the amount of the charge will depend on the good(s) returned, but the maximum fee is £20
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will meet the cost of return delivery but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Your right to return goods in these circumstances is not limited to the 30 day period.
If an item develops a fault after 30 days following delivery or collection, and where the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty, you should contact the manufacturer direct. If there is no such service or warranty with the product, in most instances we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model
